Plot plan order procedures and Fees

Procedure for ordering a plot plan:

• Fax, e-mail or mail survey or recorded subdivision platted lot info to Meade Septic Design Inc. Please include all property length, bearing, curve and easement information. Also send house plans or house footprint that details exterior dimensions (include garage).



• Include a sketch showing desired setbacks. (Example: Front 25' from property line and centered on lot with shown garage, OR front 30' to garage and 10' from north property line.) This sketch should also include the locations of the proposed drive-way, sidewalks, etc.



• Remember the Order Form and include what you want the in the Drawing's Title Box. The order form should be filled out, printed and then faxed to Meade Septic Design Inc. with the other site information. If you would like to e-mail your site information using small graphics files (i.e. .jpg, .gif) feel free to. Although, If you e-mail the order form, you must omit your credit card number and instead phone it in to 219-533-1470 or fax it to 219-534-8687. Meade Septic Design Inc. cannot accept your credit card number through non-encrypted e-mail.

Fees

The fee for a completed plot plan is commonly $50 - $60. Very complicated plot plans that take more than the usual time to complete will cost more.

If costs are anticipated to be greater than $60, Meade Septic Design Inc. will contact you with an estimated final cost before any work begins.
