General Directions

First: Fill in all required fields by using the Tab key to move through the page.
Trench Elevations: Enter exiting grade elevations taken along each trench. Enter beginning, middle and end trench elevations (be sure that the highest and lowest elevation along each trench is recorded).

If the difference in the highest and lowest trench elevation is greater than the maximum trench depth minus the gravel depth, then the trenches are not on contour and cannot be calculated.

Second: Tab up and fill in the desired slope between septic system components.

Third: When completed, click the submit button. You will then be directed to a secure server for a payment of $30. Your completed elevations will be e-mailed to you within 24 Hours of payment.
