You bet! There is a lot of competition, with only a few installers that stick to their guns by only installing the "best" system possible. We honestly don't get involved in how each company warranties thier work or how they set thier pricing, we aren't even allowed by law to recommend specific installers to property owners. I hear the "really good" installers complain all the time about being low-balled on jobs, sometimes losing out by only $100. There are a lot people penny-pinching out there, and as long as they choose a licensed/registered installer they can choose whomever they want. However, I always recommend to property owners to call at least three different installers for quotes AND ask for references. The "really good" installers never worry about providing references.

Yes there are "scabs" everywhere in all lines of work, even medical.
We get a lot of refferal work and we send out an information package that sells us pretty well too.
People always make comment on how we explained more than any other installer and taught them enough they found they knew more than some of the installers they looked at,,,,,
That right there seals the deal.

The idea of septic system warranty is very interesting (but bit off subject here).
I started a new topic on warranty here:

Please continue the conversation regarding warranty there. Thanks!
