Note Please have the septic system inspected before buying a home or when doing a refinance to keep the modern day home s functioning properly. Not just a yes it is working that when it flushes it goes away!!!! Know where your stuff is going to protect our enviroment for our kids Please!!!!! Thanks Phil Z

Very important, I agree.  In my county, we require title companies to submit inspection reports to the Health Department done by county licensed inspectors for all property transfers, and it must be done before closing.  Part of the inspection involves adding 35 gallons of water into the system and watch how it drains out of the septic tank.
