I guess the 25% reduction is still in place? I VERY strongly disagree with that decision.

I didn't see anything pertaining to that other than the 90% statement but it made no reference to total footage.

Yes, it is my understanding that the 25% reduction is still in effect in counties that allow the reduction.
A full-size set aside area is required if you are taking a reduction but I wonder how strictly this is enforced by some health departments.

the main changes from what I understand is that now they list the exact makes and models of chambers approved for use in Indiana.  And that ALL installers are to disclose on their design submittals exactally which make and model of chamber they are going to install. 

My county does not allow any reductions on chamber systems.

Well, the beauty of the whole system, is each county can still not allow a reduction, if they so choose.  Each county can also still require a set-aside area, even if though State doesn't require it.

Honestly with the handicap chambers present they should be UP-sized by 25%
