Dear IOWPA Supporters,
It is once again time for the annual IOWPA conference. Conference attendees include contractors, designers, inspectors, regulatory officials and suppliers.
In addition to the educational programming, the conference offers the IOWPA certification exam including a review session to assist in preparation. Nearly 50% of Indiana’s county health departments recognize IOWPA’s certification program.
We anticipate 200 – 300 attendees for the 2009 conference. What a great opportunity for you and your company to be represented at Indiana’s only onsite educational program.
Join us as we continue to elevate the level of professionalism in Indiana’s onsite wastewater industry. Without your support and participation, we would not have access to the training, products or systems your businesses provide.
The conference will be held at Camp Camby in Camby, IN (southwest Indianapolis) on January 26-27, 2009. Set up will be available on Sunday evening and Monday morning.
NEW….This year we would like to offer our exhibitors an opportunity to do product certifications with our attendees. This will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis as we have limited number of meeting rooms. These classes would be Tuesday, January 27th starting at 2 pm – 5 pm. If you are interested, please complete the enclosed application by November 21st, 2008.
Sponsorships and advertising opportunities are also available. Sign up now and get the biggest bang for your buck. If you confirm your sponsorship by November 21st, we will include your company in the registration brochure/newsletter which will be mailed to nearly 1,000 companies/individuals.

We will have a minimum of 6 time slots available for one hour each. We will confirm your time slot as soon as we know how many participants we will have. If time allows, you may be able to repeat your session in order to accommodate those attendees who wish to certify in multiple products.
Each of your attendees must be a conference attendee, paying full registration.
Fee for presentation: $250
Please make check payable to IOWPA – this may be included in your exhibit contract check.

All product certifications must include educational content only. Presentation/certification hand-outs must be provided to the IOWPA Conference Chair by January 10th, 2009 for review and approval.
